Eric Parish Injured in Truck Accident in Montgomery County, TX

Montgomery County, TX — October 27, 2023, Eric Parish was injured in a truck accident at 3:15 in the morning along Interstate Highway 69.

According to reports, 19-year-old Eric Parish was traveling in a westbound Chevy Malibu on McCleskey Road approaching the intersection with Interstate Highway 69 when the accident occurred.

For unknown reasons, the Chevy neglected to stop at the stop sign at the intersection, continuing into the southbound lane of travel on I.H. 69. As a result, the driver's side of the Chevy was struck by a southbound 18-wheeler. Both vehicles came to a stop on the east side of the highway with the 18-wheeler facing south and the Chevy facing west. Parish reportedly sustained severe injuries as a result of the accident; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS for treatment.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation by authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the incident were reportedly clear and wet. There were no other injuries reported in connection with this accident. No additional details are currently available.
