Two Injured in Car Accident on Marsh Lane in Carrollton, TX

Carrollton, TX — October 28, 2023, two people were injured following a single-vehicle car accident at around 1:00 a.m. along Marsh Lane.

Authorities said in preliminary statements that the crash happened off the corner of Marsh Lane and Carmel Drive.

Officials say that a 34-year-old man and a 44-year-old man were passengers in a Subaru going southbound along Marsh Lane. Approaching Carmel, the vehicle somehow went off-road where it crashed into a pole.

The two passengers in the vehicle apparently had incapacitating injuries while the driver was reportedly uninjured. Authorities say that the driver of the car was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. They also make no mention of where they think the driver was prior to the crash and if they're investigating any bars or other establishments that may have over-served the driver.
