Daniel Garcia Killed in Car Accident in Brazoria County, TX

Brazoria County, TX — October 5, 2023, Daniel Garcia was killed following a single-vehicle accident at around 10:44 a.m. along Highway 288.

Investigators said in their preliminary statements that the incident took place in the area of Highway 288 and County Road 60.

According to officials, 32-year-old Daniel Garcia was in a Nissan Titan going southbound along the highway. For reasons unclear, the vehicle went off the left side of the road where it crashed into a concrete barrier. The vehicle then caught fire.

Garcia died as a result of the accident. There did not appear to be any other occupants in the vehicle. Right now, additional details surrounding the crash are unavailable.
