San Antonio, TX — November 5, 2023, an elderly man was injured in a hit-and-run car accident just before 1 a.m. along 3rd Street.

Authorities state that the incident occurred on 3rd Street near North Alamo Street.

The 70-year-old man—whose identity has not been made public—was reportedly crossing the street when, for unknown reasons, a vehicle collided with him. The vehicle neglected to stop and offer aid of any kind; it simply fled the scene. The man was transported to a local hospital by emergency medical services for treatment of injuries incurred as a result of the accident.
