1 Killed, 1 Injured in Car Accident on NW 36th Street in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX — November 4, 2023, one person was killed and another was injured in a pedestrian car accident at about 9:30 p.m. along NW 36th St.

The man—age 49—and woman—age 46—were crossing NW 36th Street when, for unknown reasons, they were struck by a northbound Nissan Altima. The woman sustained life-threatening injuries, while the injuries sustained by the man were less severe. Both were transported to a local hospital by emergency medical services for immediate treatment. The woman reportedly succumbed to her injuries, as she was pronounced dead the following day.
