Winamac, IN — November 7, 2023, Megan Thompson was injured in a rear-end truck accident along U.S. Highway 35.
According to reports, Megan Thompson was traveling northbound in a vehicle on U.S. 35 north of C.R. 100 when the incident occurred.
Her vehicle had come to a stop in order to wait for an opening in oncoming southbound traffic to make a left turn into a parking lot. For unknown reasons, a northbound 18-wheeler collided with the back of her vehicle. Thompson was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services for treatment of injuries incurred as a result of the accident.
