2 Injured in Truck Accident on Henry Road in Harris County, TX

Harris County, TX — October 23, 2023, two people were injured in a truck accident just after six in the morning along Henry Street.

According to reports, the accident took place along Henry Road just north of the Pear Street intersection.

Authorities report that a Ram 2500 was traveling Southbound on Henry Road behind an 18-wheeler. For unknown reasons, the Ram collided with the rear-end of the 18-wheeler in the lane of traffic ahead. The 46-year-old driver of the Ram incurred serious injuries; the 32-year-old woman who had been a passenger in the Ram also reportedly sustained injuries. Both were transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services for treatment. No other injuries were reported in connection with this accident.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time were reportedly rainy and wet. There is no additional information pertaining to this accident at this point in time.
