Norris Bowman Killed in Truck Accident in Henry County, VA

Henry County, VA — November 6, 2023, Norris Bowman was killed in a truck accident at about four o'clock in the evening along Route 220.

According to reports, 56-year-old Norris Bowman was traveling in a southbound 18-wheeler on Route 220 some distance north of Route 762 when the accident occurred.

For unknown reasons, the 18-wheeler veered off of the roadway and continued through a yard before colliding with a bunch of trees. The collision sparked a fire, which spread to the trees and eventually to an uninhabited trailer home. Norris Bowman was killed as a result of the crash.

The cause of the accident is still unknown and is under investigation by authorities. Weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident have not been reported on. There are no additional details currently available.
