Danny Carter Jr. Injured in Truck Accident in Tyler County, TX

Tyler County, TX — October 25, 2023, Danny Carter Jr. was injured in a motorcycle truck accident at 3:40 in the afternoon along Farm to Market 92.

According to reports, 38-year-old Danny Carter Jr. was travelling in the right-hand northbound lane of F.M. 92 on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle approaching the C.R. 4752 intersection when the incident occurred.

A Ford F250 hauling a 5th-wheel flatbed trailer was making a right turn from the left-hand lane of northbound F.M. 92 onto a private road. Carter swerved to the right in an attempt to avoid a collision as the truck entered his lane of travel, but was ultimately unable to do so. The motorcycle struck the front passenger side of the pickup, resulting in Carter sustaining severe injuries. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry. There were no other injuries reported in connection with this incident. No additional details are currently available.
