1 Injured in Truck Accident on U.S. 84 in Roscoe, TX

Roscoe, TX — October 25, 2023, a woman was injured in a truck accident at seven o'clock in the morning along U.S. Highway 84.

According to reports, a 21-year-old woman was traveling in an eastbound Ford Explorer on U.S. 84 approaching the Farm to Market 608 intersection when the accident occurred.

For unknown reasons, an 18-wheeler heading north on Farm to Market 608 failed to stop at the stop sign, resulting in a collision with the westbound Ford Explorer.

The 21-year-old woman—whose identity has not yet been made public—sustained reportedly serious injuries as a result of the accident; she was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services for treatment. There were no other injuries reported in connection with this incident. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident were reportedly rainy and wet. The accident is under investigation by authorities; no additional details are currently available.
