Harris County, TX — October 31, 2023, Robert Donald Gardner was injured due to an alleged intoxicated driver accident in Harris County.

County officials gave few details surrounding the accident. Their statements say that Robert Donald Gardner sustained injuries in a motor vehicle crash, and a driver's alleged intoxicated driving was the proximate cause of those injuries.
