1 Killed in Single-car Accident on North Freeway Feeder Road in Houston, TX

Houston, TX — November 2, 2023, one person was killed in a single-car accident sometime in the morning along the North Freeway feeder road.

According to reports, the accident took place on the North Freeway feeder road near Cypresswood Drive.

For unknown reasons, a pickup truck occupied by the victim veered off of the roadway and collided with a light pole. The cause of the accident is unknown. The driver of the pickup—whose identity has not been made public—was declared deceased at the scene of the accident.

Weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident have not been specifically reported on, but the photos of the scene after the accident which have been published in the news show apparently dry roads and sunny skies. The accident is still under active investigation by investigators. There are no further details available at this point in time.
