1 Killed in Single-car Accident on South Loop West in Houston, TX

Houston, TX — November 2, 2023, one person was killed in a single-car accident around 12:45 in the afternoon along I.H. 610.

According to reports, a man was traveling in a westbound Honda Accord near the Cullen Boulevard overpass when the accident occurred.

For unknown reasons, the Honda went into a slide before striking a concrete barrier and rolling over. The 21-year-old victim was ejected from the Honda during the accident. Emergency medical services transported him to a local hospital where he was declared dead.

The cause of the accident has not been confirmed. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident have not been reported on. The incident is still under investigation by authorities; there are no additional details available at this point in time.
