Martin Perez Ramos Killed in FedEx Van Accident in Irving, TX

Irving, TX — August 22, 2023, Martin Perez Ramos was killed following a FedEx van accident at around 3:45 p.m. along Spur 482.

Authorities said in preliminary statements that the crash occurred in the area of the Spur 482 and Highway 114 intersection.

According to officials, 57-year-old Martin Perez Ramos was in a FedEx van going southbound along the Spur 482 service road. After turning out of a FedEx facility, it appears Ramos somehow fell out of the vehicle onto the roadway. The truck continued moving until it overturned into an embankment.

Ramos reportedly sustained fatal injuries falling from the vehicle. There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the accident. No further information about the accident is available at this time.
