Man Killed in Pedestrian-Auto Accident in Houston, TX

Houston, TX — October 24, 2023, a man was killed in a pedestrian-auto collision at 9700 Richmond Avenue in Harris County, Houston, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 31, a fatal accident occurred when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Harris County. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 7:40 in the evening. Investigators say the man was attempting to cross Richmond Avenue when an oncoming Infinity G35 struck him. Police say the man was not in a crosswalk at the time of the crash.

Officials confirmed the 59-year-old man, whose name has not been released, suffered severe injuries and was taken to an area hospital. The man reportedly succumbed to his injuries at a later time. The driver of the Infinity has not been charged in the crash.
