Officer Tiffany Wood Injured in Accident with Alleged Drunk Driver in Little Rock, AR

Little Rock, AR — October 29, 2023, Officer Tiffany Wood was injured in a vehicle accident on University Drive in Little Rock, AR.

Authorities indicate that on October 29, an accident occurred when two vehicles collided in Little Rock. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 5:00 in the morning. Investigators say a Pine Bluff Police officer was responding to a call along University Drive when an alleged drunk driver struck her head-on. Sources say the vehicle was an SUV.

Officials confirmed that Officer Tiffany Wood suffered severe injuries and was taken to an area hospital. The officer is currently said to be stable but in critical condition. No additional details have been released at this time.
