Alicia Elizondo Cantu Injured in Car Accident in Ingleside, TX

San Patricio County, TX — October 18, 2023, Alicia Elizondo Cantu was injured following a car accident at around 6:18 a.m. along Main Street.

Investigators said in preliminary statements on the crash that it occurred in the area of Main Street (F.M. 1069) and Nix, just north of the Highway 361 intersection.

According to officials, 26-year-old Alicia Elizondo Cantu was in a Ford Eco Sport going northbound along Main Street. For reasons which are not confirmed right now, the Ford ended up crashing with a Ram pickup attempting to turn onto Nix.

Authorities say that Cantu had incapacitating injuries following the collision. The other driver's condition wasn't specified. Right now, exact circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear.
