Edward Holliday III Killed in Car Accident in Galveston, TX

Galveston, TX — September 30, 2023, Edward Holliday III was killed as the result of a single-vehicle accident at 8:19 p.m. along Stewart Road.

Authorities said in their preliminary statements on the crash that it happened in the area of Stewart Road and 89th Street.

According to officials, 68-year-old Edward Holliday III was in a Toyota Tundra pickup said to be going eastbound along Stewart Road. The vehicle went off the side of the road where it struck a culvert and overturned.

Holliday sustained fatal injuries as a result of the accident. There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the crash according to public details from authorities. Additional details can't be confirmed right now.
