Two Injured in Alleged Intoxicated Driving Accident on F.M. 1314 in Montgomery County, TX

Montgomery County, TX — September 30, 2023, two people sustained injuries following an alleged intoxicated driving accident at around 7:47 p.m. on F.M. 1314.

Authorities said in preliminary statements that the accident happened in the area of the Farm-to-Market 1314 and Highway 242 intersection.

According to officials, a Porter man and a woman, both 34 years old, were on a Harley Davidson going southbound along F.M. 1314. The motorcycle was said to be passing traffic at the time when it made contact with a concrete ramp median, causing the bike to lose control and crash along northbound lanes.

Both the man and the woman were thrown from the bike. Their injuries were said to have been incapacitating. It appears there was not contact between the motorcycle and any other vehicles, and there were no other injuries. No other details are available at this time.
