One Killed, One Injured in Semi-Truck Accident on Interstate 65 in Clark County, IN

Clark County, IN — October 31, 2023, one was killed, and one was injured in a truck crash on the Interstate 65 ramp leading to Memphis Road in Clark County, IN.

Authorities indicate that on October 31, a fatal crash occurred when two semi-trucks collided in Clark County. According to reports, the crash happened just before 5:30 in the morning. Police reported that three trucks were parked in the emergency lane on the off-ramp of Interstate 65 when a fourth truck rear-ended one of them. The cause has not been released at this time.

Officials confirmed that a female passenger in one of the trucks suffered fatal injuries. The driver of one of the semi-trucks reportedly had non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to an area hospital.

No other injuries were reported.
