Three Injured in Construction Zone Accident on North Houston Street in Dallas, TX

Dallas, TX — October 31, 2023, three workers were injured following a construction site accident at around 8:44 a.m. on North Houston Street.

Preliminary details about the accident say that it happened near the American Airlines Center off the corner of North Houston Street and Nowitski Way.

Authorities say that there was a construction zone along Houston Street, and three workers were in a hole in the construction site. While there, a car somehow went through a barrier and fell into the hole, landing on the workers.

Rescue workers were able to extract the three workers from the hole and take them to the hospital. Their injuries weren't specified. It appears there were no other injuries. Right now, no further information is available.
