Huey Palmer Killed in Car Accident in Liberty County, TX

Liberty County, TX — March 26, 2023, Huey Palmer was killed following a car accident that happened around 2:24 p.m. along U.S. Highway 90.

According to initial statements on the crash, it happened in the area of the U.S. 90 and F.M. 770 intersection.

Officials said that 92-year-old Huey Palmer was in a Jeep Patriot reportedly going southbound on F.M. 770. At the U.S. 90 intersection, the Jeep crossed paths and collided with a Chevy pickup that was going westbound.

As a result of the collision, Palmer succumbed to his injuries. No occupants in the Chevy had any confirmed injuries. Right now, additional details about the crash are unavailable.
