Cheryl Anderson Killed, One Injured in Two-Vehicle Accident at FM 2105 in San Angelo, TX

UPDATE (October 31, 2023): Additional details released by authorities identified the woman killed in the crash as 37-year-old Cheryl Anderson. The circumstances leading up to the crash are still under investigation.

San Angelo, TX — October 30, 2023, a person was killed, and one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Farm-to-Market Road 2105 and Grape Creek Road in San Angelo, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 30, a fatal crash occurred when two vehicles collided in San Angelo for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened around 8:46 p.m. Investigators say a vehicle and a pickup truck pulling a trailer collided at FM 2105 and Grape Creek Road, killing one person and injuring another.

Officials confirmed that a vehicle occupant, whose name has not been released, suffered fatal injuries. Another person in the car was taken to an area hospital for medical attention. The driver of the pickup reportedly escaped the crash with no injuries. Authorities say that speed may have been a factor in the accident, but this has not been confirmed as the investigation is ongoing.

No other injuries were reported.
