One Injured in Hit-and-Run Accident in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX — October 27, 2023, a person was injured in a hit-and-run crash near the 4000 block of Wiseman Boulevard in San Antonio, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 27, an accident occurred when two vehicles collided in San Antonio for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 11:20 at night.

Investigators say a vehicle was attempting a turn onto Highway 151 from Wiseman Boulevard when a westbound Chevrolet Silverado struck it. Police say the Silverado allegedly proceeded through a red light in the intersection, struck the victim's vehicle, and then left the scene. The Silverado driver was reportedly located at a later time.

Officials confirmed the 27-year-old vehicle driver was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported.
