Authorities indicate that on October 28, an accident occurred when two vehicles collided near Red Bluff Road in Harris County. According to reports, the crash happened around 11:00 at night.

Investigators say a Harris County Constable's deputy was stopped in traffic due to an obstruction in the road. Police say this is when the deputy's vehicle was struck by an oncoming car. The cause has not been released at this time.
