Two Killed, Three Injured in Three-Vehicle Accident in Albuquerque, NM

Albuquerque, NM — October 9, 2023, two were killed, and three were injured in a three-vehicle crash on Louisiana Boulevard and Delwood Road in Albuquerque, NM.

Authorities indicate that on October 9, a fatal accident occurred when three vehicles collided in Albuquerque. According to police, two cars were allegedly racing on Louisiana Boulevard when they crashed into a third vehicle at the intersection with Delwood Road.

Officials confirmed the driver of the third car was killed, and two 14-year-old passengers were injured. The driver of one of the vehicles allegedly racing was also killed, and one passenger was reportedly injured. Other minor injuries were also reported.

Authorities say the remaining driver was arrested and charged with reckless driving, homicide by vehicle, street racing, and child abuse. The investigation is ongoing.
