Man and Woman Killed in Alleged DWI Accident in Nashua, NH

Nashua, NH — September 18, 2023, two people were killed in an alleged DWI crash near Daniel Webster Highway and Independence Drive in Hillsborough County, Nashua, NH.

Authorities indicate that on September 18, a fatal accident occurred when two vehicles collided in Hillsborough County. According to reports, the crash happened before 3:00 in the afternoon.

Investigators say a pickup traveling near the Daniel Webster Highway and Independence Drive intersection allegedly went over the median and struck a motorcycle head-on. The cause of the crash has not been released, and few details are available.

Officials confirmed that two motorcyclists, a 68-year-old male and a 51-year-old woman, suffered fatal injuries. The victims' names have not been released at this time. Police reported that the pickup truck driver appeared to have been impaired by alcohol, but this has not been confirmed as the investigation is ongoing.

No other injuries were reported.
