Pamela Cross, Marianne Clemons, One Other Killed in Alleged DUI Accident in Modesto, CA

Modesto, CA — September 28, 2023, Pamela Cross, Marianne Clemons, and one other were killed in an alleged DUI crash on Highway 132 in Modesto, CA.

Authorities indicate that on September 28, a fatal crash occurred when two vehicles collided in Modesto. According to police, a Lexus was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed along Highway 132 when it crossed into the path of a Hyundai. The two vehicles collided, killing three people. Investigators have released limited details about the crash at this time.

Officials confirmed that three people, Pamela Cross, 64, 67-year-old Marianne Clemons, and an unnamed person, were killed in the collision. Police report that the Lexus driver was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. The man was reportedly arrested for DUI, but this has not been confirmed as authorities are still investigating the events that led to the crash.

No other injuries were reported.
