David Medrano, Maxton Steel Winkler Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident in Odessa, TX

Odessa, TX — October 10, David Medrano and Maxton Steel Winkler were killed in a two-vehicle crash on Loop 338 at West 81st Street in Ector County, Odessa, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 10, a fatal crash occurred when two vehicles collided in Ector County. According to reports, the crash happened before 6:45 in the morning.

Investigators say a Ford F-250 pickup was traveling north on Loop 338 when it allegedly went into the southbound lane and collided with a Chevrolet pickup. The cause of the crash has not been released at this time.

Officials confirmed the Ford driver, David Medrano, 44, and Chevrolet driver, Maxton Steel Winkler, 33, were killed in the crash. No additional information is available.

The investigation is ongoing.
