Minor Injured in Hit-and-Run Accident in Fresno, CA

Fresno, CA — October 26, 2023, a 12-year-old girl was injured in a hit-and-run crash in the area of Orange Avenue and Lowe Avenue in Fresno, CA.

Authorities indicate that on October 26, an accident occurred when a girl was struck by a vehicle in Fresno. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 6:30 in the evening near Orange Avenue and Lowe Avenue.

Investigators say the young girl was attempting to cross the street when the vehicle hit her. Police reported that the vehicle driver allegedly left the accident scene and was followed by people who witnessed the accident. Sources say authorities were able to apprehend the driver at a later time. The cause of the crash has not been released.

Officials confirmed the 12-year-old girl suffered injuries and was taken to a hospital. There was no word on the girl's condition. No other injuries were reported.
