Johnie Young, David Rosales, Julian Amalla Jr. Killed in Car Accident in Terry County, TX

Terry County, TX — January 31, 2023, Johnie Young, David Rosales, and Julian Amalla Jr. were killed and one was injured after a rollover accident on U.S. 380.

Authorities said in their initial statements that the crash took place near mile marker 260 of U.S. Highway 380.

According to officials, Johnie Young, David Rosales, Julian Amalla Jr., and one other person were in a Dodge Ram 1500 traveling eastbound along U.S. 380. It appears road conditions may have been icy at the time when the vehicle lost control and ran off-road. As a result, the vehicle flipped over repeatedly.

Young, Rosales, and Amalla all died as a result of the crash. The other occupant had injuries described as incapacitating. Currently, additional details about the crash can't be confirmed.
