Authorities indicate that on October 5, a fatal crash occurred when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Harris County. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 8:40 p.m. in the 6800 block of Spindle Drive.

Police say the pedestrian received CPR at the accident scene and was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Despite medical efforts, the pedestrian did not survive. Authorities have not released the victim's name, and limited details are available at this time.
