Man in Wheelchair Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident in Houston, TX

Houston, TX — October 22, 2023, a man was killed in a hit-and-run collision at 3900 Juniper Street in Harris County, Houston, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 22, a fatal accident occurred when a man in a wheelchair was struck by a vehicle in Harris County. According to reports, the crash happened around 8:10 p.m. Investigators say the man was in the intersection of Juniper Street and Park Place Boulevard when an oncoming sedan hit him. The cause of the accident has not been released at this time.

Officials confirmed the man, whose name has not been released, was taken to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Authorities say the sedan left the scene of the accident and has not been located.

The investigation is ongoing.
