Officials said that 26-year-old Destiny Franco and two others were in a Chevy Tahoe said to be going eastbound on Jack Kultgen. At Valley Mills, the driver of the Tahoe allegedly ran a red light, crashing with a southbound GMC Denali.

Due to the collision, a 26-year-old woman in the Chevy had apparently incapacitating injuries. Franco and the driver of the Tahoe had apparently non-incapacitating injuries. No one else was confirmed to be hurt. While details suggest officers recommended a charge for intoxication manslaughter in connection with the crash, a fatality can't be confirmed right now.
