Tiffany Ann Rich Dove Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident near Whitney, TX

Whitney, TX — October 3, 2023, Tiffany Ann Rich Dove was killed in a hit-and-run collision on Farm-to-Market Road 933 near HCR 1221, north of Whitney, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 3, a fatal accident occurred when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near Whitney. According to reports, the crash happened around 8:00 p.m. or before 7:00 in the morning the following day.

Investigators say the woman was walking south along Farm-to-Market Road 933 when she was struck by a vehicle. Police say the vehicle left the accident scene and has not been located at this time.

Officials confirmed that the pedestrian, Tiffany Ann Rich Dove, suffered fatal injuries. No other injuries were reported, and additional information has been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
