Jason Andres Bentley Killed in Truck Accident in Tucson, AZ

Tucson, AZ — October 17, 2023, Jason Andres Bentley was killed in a truck accident while riding his motorcycle on Campbell Avenue.

According to reports, Jason Bentley had been riding his motorcycle north on Campbell Avenue when a box truck, which had exited a private drive off the corner of the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Prince Road, crossed all lanes of traffic in order to attempt a right turn to go east on Prince.

The box truck reportedly struck Bentley on his motorcycle in the act of making that maneuver. Investigators report that the 32-year-old man driving the box truck did have alcohol in his system, but not enough to be considered an impairment, according to Arizona State Law. Bentley was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. The accident remains under investigation and no further details are available at this time.
