Authorities indicate that on September 29, an accident occurred when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Dallas. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 8:40 p.m. Investigators say an SUV hit the pedestrian in the 3100 block of Great Trinity Forest Way. Police have not released the cause of the crash, and few details are available at this time.

Officials confirmed the pedestrian, whose name has not been released, suffered severe injuries and was taken to an area hospital. The person is said to be in critical condition. Police stated that the SUV allegedly left the accident scene and has not been located.
