Dr. Greg Cox, Lindsay Watson Killed, Three Children Injured in Semi-Truck Accident near Kayenta, AZ

Kayenta, AZ — October 10, 2023, Dr. Greg Cox and Lindsay Watson were killed, and three children were injured in a semi-truck accident on Highway 160 near Kayenta, AZ.

Authorities indicate that on October 10, a fatal accident occurred when a vehicle and a semi-truck collided near Kayenta for unknown reasons. According to reports, the two vehicles collided on Highway 160 in the Navajo Nation. Police have not released the cause of the crash, and few details are available at this time.

Officials confirmed the vehicle driver and passenger, Dr. Greg Cox and Lindsay Watson, suffered fatal injuries. Three children under eight reportedly sustained injuries and were taken to hospitals. The semi-truck driver had minor injuries. No further information is available.
