San Antonio, TX — October 11, 2023, a man was killed in a pedestrian-tow truck crash on the westbound access road of the 7200 block of North Loop 1604 E. in San Antonio, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 11, a fatal accident occurred when a pedestrian was struck by a tow truck in San Antonio. According to reports, the crash happened shortly before 4:30 in the morning.

Investigators say the pedestrian was walking along the westbound access road of North Loop 1604E, attempted to cross the road, and was hit by an oncoming tow truck. Police say the tow truck driver saw the man crossing the street but could not break in time.
