Dwayne Brinac Killed in Hit-and-run Accident in Crosby, TX

Harris County, TX — October 15, 2023, Dwayne Brinac was killed following an apparent hit-and-run accident at around 11:05 p.m. along Crosby Lynchburg Road.

Details released by Harris County officials put the accident along the 12800 block of Crosby Lynchburg, which appears to be just south of U.S. 90 and F.M. 1942.

According to current statements, Dwayne Brinac was on a bicycle riding on Crosby Lynchburg Road. Authorities believe a vehicle crashed into Brinac from behind, then fled the scene. It appears emergency responders found Brinac deceased at the scene.

Right now, authorities are describing the suspected runaway vehicle as a possibly dark truck or van that was going northbound. There are no additional details available at this time pending further investigations.
