One Injured in Multi-Vehicle Accident in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX — October 12, 2023, a person was injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near UTSA Boulevard in San Antonio, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 12, an accident occurred when three vehicles collided in San Antonio for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 2:30 in the morning. Investigators say a Toyota Camry collided with an 18-wheeler truck while attempting to cross over lanes on Interstate 10 West. Police stated that a third vehicle, heading eastbound, then struck the Toyota. The cause of the crash has not been released.

Officials confirmed the driver of the third vehicle was taken to an area hospital. The extent of the injuries is unknown, but they were said to be non-life-threatening. Authorities say the Toyota driver allegedly left the scene and has not been located. No other injuries were reported.

The investigation is ongoing.
