Dannier Garcia Martinez Injured in Car Accident in Yoakum, TX

Yoakum, TX — September 10, 2023, Dannier Garcia Martinez was injured following a car accident around 3:18 a.m. on E. Gonzales Street.

According to information released by investigating officials, the crash happened off the corner of East Gonzales Street and Sheehan Street.

Details suggest that 35-year-old Dannier Garcia Martinez was the driver of a Dodge Ram pickup going westbound along Gonzales. For reasons which are unconfirmed right now, the vehicle went onto the shoulder of the road where it crashed into another pickup that was parked facing oncoming traffic.

Garcia Martinez had incapacitating injuries as a result of the crash, officials said. They did not mention anyone else being involved in the wreck, and it appears the parked pickup was unoccupied. No further information can be confirmed right now.
