San Jose, CA — September 26, 2023, a man was killed in a pedestrian-garbage truck accident in the 40 block of South Jackson Avenue in San Jose, CA.

Authorities indicate that on September 26, a fatal accident occurred when a garbage truck struck a pedestrian in San Jose. According to reports, the crash happened before 3:23 a.m. in Jackson Square parking lot. Police have not released the cause of the accident, and few details have been released at this time.
