Alice K. Pfefferkorn, Stephanie L. Eck Injured in Three-Vehicle Accident in Butler, IN

Butler, IN — September 18, 2023, Alice K. Pfefferkorn and Stephanie L. Eck were injured in a three-vehicle crash in the 700 block of West Main Street in Butler, IN.

Authorities indicate that on September 18, an accident occurred when three vehicles collided in Butler for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened around 12:41 in the afternoon. Investigators say a tow truck traveling westbound on Main Street struck the back of a Lincoln attempting to turn left. Police say the collision then caused a Jeep to get hit in the eastbound lane.

Officials confirmed the Jeep driver, Alice K. Pfefforkorn, sustained a neck injury in the accident. The Lincoln driver, Stephanie L. Eck, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Both drivers were taken to an area hospital for medical attention. Sources say the driver of the third vehicle was not hurt in the crash.

No other injuries were reported.
