Luis Trejo Severin, Valentin De Jesus Lopez Injured in Car Accident in McLennan County, TX

McLennan County, TX — August 26, 2023, Luis Trejo Severin and Valentin De Jesus Lopez were injured after a car accident at around 11:05 p.m. on F.M. 1637.

According to preliminary statements about the crash released by authorities, the crash happened near the intersection of Farm-to-Market 1637 and Utah Street.

Investigators said that 33-year-old Luis Trejo Severin was in a Ford F-250 going northwest along the roadway. 62-year-old Valentin De Jesus Lopez was in a Chevy Silverado reportedly going southeast. For reasons which can't be confirmed right now, the vehicles crashed head-on with each other.

Both Trejo Severin and Lopez reportedly sustained injuries which authorities described as incapacitating. There did not appear to be any other injuries resulting from the crash. Currently, no further information is available to report.
