Two Killed in Semi-Truck Accident near Indiantown, FL

Indiantown, FL — September 8, 2023, two people were killed in a semi-truck collision on Southwest Warfield Boulevard, north of Tommy Clements Road, near Indiantown, FL.

Authorities say that on September 8, a fatal crash occurred when a vehicle and a semi-truck collided near Indiantown for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 5:00 in the afternoon.

Investigators say a northbound vehicle and a southbound semi collided head-on as the car attempted to pass some other vehicles on the road. According to reports, the accident occurred during heavy rainfall. Authorities have not released the cause of the accident.

Officials confirmed two male fatalities, a 26-year-old and a 24-year-old whose names have not been released at this time. Police say the 26-year-old man was the vehicle driver. No other injuries were reported, and no further information is available.

The crash investigation is ongoing.
