Two Truckers Killed in Semi-Truck Accident on I-285 near South Fulton, GA

Atlanta, GA — September 16, 2023, two truck drivers were killed following a semi-truck accident at around 8:13 a.m. along Interstate 285.

Authorities said that the incident happened in the area of I-285 and Cascade Road between South Fulton and Atlanta.

According to officials, two semi-trucks going along northbound lanes of the interstate somehow crossed paths with one another, leading to a collision. As a result of this collision, the two drivers involved sustained fatal injuries. Neither victim has been identified at this time.

Right now, the cause of the crash remains unclear. Investigations are ongoing.
