Henrietta, TX — September 16, 2023, Nathan Worley was killed in a single-vehicle accident on U.S. Route 82 in Henrietta, TX.

Authorities indicate that on September 16, a fatal accident occurred when a Chevrolet Suburban crashed in Henrietta for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened sometime in the afternoon.

Investigators say the Suburban was traveling along Route 82 when the vehicle went out of control due to nearly merging into the median. Police say the driver of the Suburban attempted to pull away from the middle lane when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed.

Officials confirmed the Chevrolet Suburban driver, 36-year-old Nathan Worley, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. No other injuries were reported, and no other vehicles were involved.
