El Paso, TX — September September 13, 2023, Marlon Webb was injured in a single-vehicle accident sometime around 4 a.m. near El Paso, TX.

Investigators report the victim had just left a family member's house and was heading to Texas Southern University in Houston when he was involved in a serious single-vehicle accident. Mr. Webb was purportedly air-lifted to a hospital in Odessa, TX, and placed in intensive care.

Authorities only described the crash by saying the vehicle "spun out of control," and have not offered any further details. Officials have not released the time the crash occurred, what road Mr. Webb was on, the type of vehicle he was in, or what factors may have caused this accident.
