Kristen Asbury Killed, 1 Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident in North Richland Hills, TX

North Richland Hills, TX — April 23, 2023, Kristen Asbury was killed and one other was injured in a single-vehicle car accident at 5:19 p.m. on Mid Cities Boulevard.

Authorities said in preliminary statements that the collision happened in the area of the Mid Cities Boulevard and Little Ranch Road intersection.

Right now, details indicate that 20-year-old Kristen Asbury was a passenger in a Hyundai going eastbound along Mid Cities Boulevard. For reasons which can't be confirmed at this time, the vehicle traveled off the left side of the road onto the median where it then crashed into a tree and overturned.

Due to the collision, Asbury sustained fatal injuries. The driver, a 25-year-old man sustained incapacitating injuries, authorities said. No other injuries were reported. The exact cause of the accident cannot be confirmed at this time.
